Overview
Whether you need control for coin-less public "blue" phones to replace or supplement low revenue coin phones, or for a desktop application at a truck stop or airport, the CallMaster 8000 is your answer. Combining concentration with full "smart" technology features like call detail records and flexible dialing patterns, the CallMaster 8000 allows you to reduce CO line count without removing phone instruments. This increased efficiency allows many sites to remain profitable in the face of flat or declining per station revenue while maximizing customer satisfaction by providing stations where they are needed and will be used.
The CallMaster 8000 concentrates up to eight non-coin phones to four or fewer telephone lines. In addition, smart payphones can utilize the line concentration abilities of the CallMaster 8000. This combination of smart technology for non-coin phones and line concentration abilities for smart payphones on the same unit delivers an efficient and economical solution to your public telephone needs.
The CallMaster 8000 incorporates state-of-the-art DSP technology that allows a range of features at a very reasonable price. An expanded emergency 911 feature provides the ability to program each phone to seize a specific telephone line for routing a 911 call. This provides the ability to more closely match the location information on the telephone line to the location of the station making the 911 call. Of course, full store-and-forward automated operator functions are also included.
