Overview

The SentryLink on-site administration software is designed to assist in the operation of the RACTS ComLink Inmate Telephone System. It provides a variety of features that allow you to adjust the operation of your telephone system, as well as, view and alter up-to-the-minute information from the system.

A computer operating SentryLink software can accommodate up to 30 RACTS ComLink controllers. Each controller can operate up to 8 telephones using 4 or fewer telephone lines. The controllers are connected to the SentryLink computer via Ethernet communications using an Ethernet switch.

If the optional SentryVoice software module is activated in the SentryLink system, administration of recorded conversations can be accomplished. This administration includes retrieving, playing and archiving recordings, monitoring live conversations and turning off recording for attorney call.
